"You have the right to remain silent
You have the right to an attorney
You have the right to be dead"

Classic. Awesome. Yes.

Arnies are good because he always relates his quotes to how he killed them.

for example. He throws a knife through a dude and the knife sticks into the door behind him. He says "Stick around"

He impales a dude with a steam pipe. He says "Let off some steam"

He fires a rocket with a dude attached and says "You're fired"

But I admit I am a secret fan of Xena Onotop's line in Goldeneye. She shoots somebody hiding in an air vent (well she thought she did) and says
"I had to ventilate someone"

It's like she wants to be Arnie.... except she has down syndrome.

Can you get a pillow for my friend?

He's dead tired.

Also when he kills Bennett with a steam pipe: "Why don't you let off some steam, Bennett?"

haha lol. I was half way through writing that post then got distracted. Then finished it. I accidentally repeated the stick around line.

I obviously meant the classic "Let off some steam, Bennet"

Bond shoots someone who's coming out of a secret passage in the middle of a billboard, right where the model's mouth is:

She should have kept her mouth shut.

This (http://bondtrivia.netfirms.com/oneliners.htm) has a bunch of good Bond ones, eg:

Bond shoots someone with a speargun:

- I think he got the point.

Electroctues someone:

- Positively shocking.

Isn't there one where Arnie throws someone off a cliff then says 'time to fly'?

"Where's Sully?"

"I let him go."

I watched Austin Powers again last night, for the first time in about a decade. After the henchman gets decapitated, c/p from IMDB:

Austin Powers (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000196/): Not the time to lose one's head.
Vanessa Kensington (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000167/): No.
Austin Powers (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000196/): That's not the way to get ahead in life.
Vanessa Kensington (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000167/): No.
Austin Powers (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000196/): It's a shame he wasn't more headstrong.
Vanessa Kensington (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000167/): Hmm.
Austin Powers (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000196/): He'll never be the head of a major corporation.
Vanessa Kensington (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000167/): Okay, that'll do.
Austin Powers (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000196/): Okay.

Colnel Matrix: Hey Sully, remember when I told you I'd kill you last?
Sully: Yeah Matrix, you did!
Colnel Matrix: I lied. *let's go of Sully's leg*

Moments later
Crindy: Where's Sully?
Colnel Matrix: I let him go.

This. That whole scene was ridiculous and that lines just topped it off.

Clive Owen after killing a room full of people while his dick is in some Italian chick: Talk about blowing your load.

I know what you're thinkin', punk. You're thinkin' did he fire six shots or only five? Now to tell you the truth, I've forgotten myself in all this excitement. But bein' this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and it'll blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself a question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?!

"Do you like Huey Lewis and The News?"

"They're okay."

"Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humor."

"Hey Halberstram."

"Yes, Allen?"

"Why are their copies of the style section all over the place, d-do you have a dog? A little chow or something? "

"No, Allen."

"Is that a rain coat?"

"Yes it is! In '87, Huey released this, Fore, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself. HEY PAUL!!"
